Syrah
richly dark in color and has a bouquet of ripe blackberries and black cherries supported by hints of tobacco and smoked leather. Almost intimidating. The pallet experiences stoutly porter, dried currants, blackberries, black cherries and Mediterranean spice. This wine is powerful, supremely bold yet elegant, smooth and balanced. The finish on this wine is second to none. The perfect steak wine!
Tawny Port
Richly dark with notes of ripe blueberries, black cherries, and dried currants, supported by characters of Italian roasted espresso, stoutly porters, and Mediterranean spices.
Zinfandel
Once poured you will experience the raspberry, black cherry and blackberry that our Zinfandel is well known for, but this vintage is much richer. The fruit layers combine with white pepper notes that lead to a velvety and gentle mouthfeel. And as with all of our handmade wine this Zinfandel has an amazingly long finish that is sure to please!
Pinot Noir
A bit fuller than Pinot Noirs that you might be more familiar with, this Pinot has rich and velvety tannins, deep black cherry and ripe strawberry flavors. The wine covers the pallet completely from front to back and the finish does not disappoint like most California Pinot Noirs. The silky finish lingers with pleasant dark fruit and pairs wonderfully with both your red meats, pastas and fish!
Blackbird
50% Syrah and 50% Zinfandel combine to become a rich and full-bodied red with notes of black cherry, cedar and spice, and a very complex finish. Truly a Mediterranean style red table wine.
Syrah Rose
This Rose is fully dry but with a round juicy core of with strawberries and ruby grapefruit. Drinks like velvet. A perfect summer wine that pairs well with fresh chilled shrimps, crabs and summer picnic meals.
Chardonnay
This Chardonnay is full bodied yet crisp and clean. It’s color is a light golden straw with brilliant clarity. The aromatics of fresh pineapple, green apple and citrus mingle with a hint of minerality.
